I've been coming here for over a decade and they fully earn my business every time. I consider them friends, I have my own booth, they know what I want when I walk in the door! Their food is delicious. They make custom guacamole exactly to your taste. They make their own tortillas! I eat here every week. Does that tell you enough?
I've been coming to Los Gueros ever since I was little and am consistently pleased with the service and food. I came here as a party of 2 around 5:30 PM on a Friday night. The restaurant was about 1/2 full and we were warmly greeted and seated right away. They offer free chips and salsa as an appetizer and it always tastes so fresh. The chips are not overly salty or greasy which I appreciate and the salsas (2 variations with one that's hotter) are a great pairing. For the main meal, I always order #26 which is the 3 taquito plate (w/chicken) that includes a side of rice and beans. The taquitos have a nice crunch on the outside and the shredded chicken and other contents just melt in your mouth. I would highly recommend coming here for some solid Mexican food if you are ever in the area!!

Best menudo award goes to Los Gueros in monrovia. Menudo isn't greasy, or thick. It's just right. Also, if you don't care for the meat you can order without meat. My favorite spot been coming now for years.
